01 / Production line
The production floor brings operators, work surfaces and material shelves together in a series of workstations. This arrangement makes the stages of hands-on production easy to follow, from prepared parts at the bench to products moving on to the next operation. For an OEM project, discuss the selected model and configuration with our team before confirming the production requirements.
02 / Workstation layout
Bench lighting, tools and containers are positioned around seated operators. The close-up makes the working area easier to understand than a wide factory photograph alone: individual tasks take place at the bench, while shelves above the line hold materials within reach. This view shows the practical layout used for hands-on earphone production.
03 / Component preparation
Small earphone components are arranged in shaped trays rather than left loose on the work surface. Separating the parts keeps their outlines and quantities visible during preparation and gives operators access to the pieces needed for assembly. Component choices depend on the selected model, so the approved product specification remains the reference for an order.
04 / Earpiece preparation
An operator handles an individual earpiece among a group of similar parts on the work surface. This close-up shows the scale of the components and the manual handling involved before the product is complete. Earpiece shape and finish vary across the catalogue; model-specific photographs show the options available for your selection.
05 / Manual assembly
The photograph shows close work on wired components, with prepared pieces lined up beside the operator. This stage highlights the hands-on work involved in handling small parts and their connections. The product body, earpiece and cable arrangement differ by model; compare the corresponding product detail page when selecting a construction for your project.
06 / Testing area
Separate instruments and fixtures occupy the test bench, providing dedicated positions for examining components and assembled products. The equipment area complements the assembly floor with space for inspection work. Ask our team to confirm the inspection items and product documentation relevant to your chosen model and destination market.
07 / Bench instruments
The instrument close-up shows a screen, front-panel controls and connected leads at the bench. It gives a more detailed view of the equipment behind the wider testing-area photograph. Measurement requirements should be matched to the product configuration and agreed inspection plan when discussing an order.
08 / Equipment area
Larger enclosed equipment is arranged in a separate area of the workshop. Together with the smaller bench fixtures, this illustrates the range of equipment spaces shown in the factory photographs. For a specific project, our team can discuss the applicable checks and supporting reports alongside the selected product specification.
09 / Packaging operations
Individual product boxes, packaging equipment and shipping cartons are grouped at the packing station. Packaging is part of the order configuration: the selected model, accessories, box artwork and outer-carton requirements should be agreed together. Custom packaging starts at 1,000 units; our team can discuss the packaging format alongside your product quotation.
